⚠️ What Is a 507 Error?
A 507 error means the server has run out of disk space or other storage resources to fulfill the request.
✅ Step 1: Confirm the Error
- Verify with the customer that they see a 507 error message on the website
- Ask if they have recently uploaded large files or have a large database
✅ Step 2: Check Disk Usage (Agent Limitations)
- Agents typically cannot check disk space in Plesk directly unless given access
- Ask the hosting team to verify disk usage on the server if suspected
✅ Step 3: Basic Agent Actions
- Ask customer if they can free up space by deleting old backups, unused files, or large email attachments
- Suggest removing large files from File Manager (if customer can access)
- If disk space is an issue, escalate immediately
🚨 When to Escalate
- Disk space is full or near full, causing site downtime
- Customer cannot upload files or send/receive emails due to space limits
- Server logs show disk write errors or 507 codes
